If selected at checkout, Shipping Protection allows eligible customers to request assistance if their package is affected by a covered shipping issue.Â
What Shipping Protection CoversÂ
Shipping Protection may apply to the following situations:Â
Lost packages – if your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe and is confirmed lost in transitÂ
Damaged items – if your order arrives damaged as a result of shippingÂ
Stolen packages – if your package is marked as delivered but is reasonably believed to have been stolen after deliveryÂ

Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customerÂ
Delivery delays that do not result in lossÂ
Packages delayed due to customs processingÂ
Orders marked as delivered where insufficient evidence of theft is providedÂ
Damage caused after deliveryÂ
Issues caused by customer error, unauthorized order changes, or refusal to accept deliveryÂ
How to File a Shipping Protection ClaimÂ

30 days of the last tracking update for lost packagesÂ
7 days of delivery for damaged itemsÂ
7 days of the marked delivery date for stolen packagesÂ
ResolutionÂ
If your claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:Â
Send a replacement itemÂ
Issue a refundÂ
Provide store creditÂ
Resolution will depend on product availability and the nature of the claim.Â

Shipping Protection is optional and must be selected at checkout to apply.Â
The Shipping Protection fee is non-refundable once the order has been placed.Â
